HR Generalist

Location: Dnipro (Ukraine)

Required skills

  • At least 1-year of Human Resources Management experience
  • 1+ year experience in IT recruitment
  • HR interviewing experience
  • A strong understanding of the functions of Human Resources
  • Experience in the retention and on-boarding of personnel
  • Experience conducting personnel evaluations and developing improvement plans
  • Good knowledge of Dnipro IT market and its main players, Industry Salary Ranges and Market trends
  • Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components
  • Ability to search and contact candidates not only on Linkedin (GitHub, Stack Overflow and so on)
  • Intellectual curiosity and openness to new strategies, methods, and tactics
  • Resourcefulness, as well as emotional and intellectual flexibility
  • A sense of humor — must have
  • Experience organizing team-building and corporate events

Responsibilities

  • Participate in onboarding new employees
  • Strengthening our team culture
  • 1:1 meetings with employee
  • Participate in organizing and conducting events
  • Participate in planning and executing office improvements
  • Assist with the dismissal process
  • Search, screen and attract candidates
  • Conduct internal interviews
  • Communicate with candidates (both active and passive, we expect you to keep in touch with them over time)
  • Monitor job market
