Required skills

  • At least 1-year of Human Resources Management experience
  • HR interviewing experience
  • A strong understanding of the functions of Human Resources
  • Experience in the retention and on-boarding of personnel
  • Experience conducting personnel evaluations and developing improvement plans
  • Intellectual curiosity and openness to new strategies, methods, and tactics
  • Resourcefulness, as well as emotional and intellectual flexibility
  • Experience organizing team-building and corporate events


  • Participate in onboarding new employees
  • Strengthening our team culture
  • 1:1 meetings with employee
  • Participate in organizing and conducting events
  • Participate in planning and executing office improvements
  • Assist with the dismissal process
